Are Indian Parents Responsible For Rape Case?

India is one of the country in which Rape cases are very common. This is one of the popular crime, why did I say 'popular' because noone is feared to do this mischeivious offence because many of the cases are unreported or by the luck of victim, if get reported it takes so long to get Justice. That's the reason 80% of victims do not complain against these harrasement. Our jurisdiction and our society both play a significant role to promote this.

There is question that Indian parents are responsible for rape cases or not? I could NOT say ONLY PARENTS but of course, parents are responsible at some extent.

They should educate their boys that how to respect a woman or a girl, they have to inculcate manners, they have to make them feel Rape is unforgivable offence.This is the first and formost thing parents need to do. But I have found that - If someone's boy is guilty, in that case also parents hire advocates to protect their children. Nirbhaya case is it's example. Accused and their parents tried their best to save them.

I just wanna to know. why??

So i could say there are many parents who are responsible to promote repe cases.

In this case they should go against their children so atleast they will feel- noone is their to support them.

Of course, only they are not responsible. There are various factors- like addiction of drugs, drinking alcohol, watching porn etc.

Yeah, I would like to mention that Rape is not only about unwanted sex done by someone is unknown but sometimes it's part is family members and friends.

Rape is all about when a person or group of person penetrates a girl against her consent. It could be done by her husband or boyfriend also.

If it is done by husband, noone involves in that matter because they find it's absolutely fine.

Hello! parents...why? Can I know ??

Rape is Rape!

Sometimes it is reported by a girl or lady to their parents and they shout or ignore or say it's nothing to worry, just follow what he is saying they mean that entertain him because you are born to do so.

Girls..that's not okay!! 

Sometimes own relatives or family members used to do this mischeivious offence but just fear of infamy, girls glue their mouth or their parents do not disclose. 

All parents either from girl side or boy side have to change their mentality.

It's 21st century. 

It's time to stand by your own side girls. Take your stand. And support each others. Do not tolerate anything which you don't like. Speak out. And learn self defence techniques, invest in yourself.

And every girl should be sufficient to help herself. Parents should understand them and help their girl to take out their voice because Rape doesn't harm only physically but mentally and emotionally also. It's trauma, depression.

Most important, government should make safety rules for girls. Also rapid action plan and terrible punishment to guilty or accuse so another one should think twice to do so.
